Always on top - why?

Question.
I auto-hide my start bar in Win 2000, and it seems that if I have an Xmanager window (xterm, emacs, etc.) active the start bar appears below. I.e not always on top. All other windows are fine, including Exceed (when running). Is there a way to get Xmanager to obey the always on top feature of the start bar?
Regards,
Mike

We will test this problem more seriously and fix it in our future version. It seems that "Always on top" feature is sometimes turned off by unknown reasons.
