Help Xmanager in my W95 [1]

I install Xmanager in my Win95. I can work with Xtart, but when i try work with XBrouser, not work... "Can ... write... empty file."

Xbrowser makes use of rebar control which comes with IE (MS Internet Explorer) 4.0 or later.
If your IE version is lower than 4.0, I recommend you to upgrade your IE (to the v4.0 or later).
By default, IE 3.0 is included in Win95.
