Multi screen and XManager3

Hi,
I've just updated XManager to V3.0 from V2.0 and I have the following problem.
I have 2 monitors attached to my laptop and I can move the Xshell window from one monitor to the other without any problems; however, if I open another graphical window from XShell (for example, XEmacs), I cannot move this graphical window from my primary monitor to the secondary one. I don't have the same problem with XManager 2.0, so ther emust be some way to tell it to use the two monitors with any graphical window, but I cannot find it.
Any help is really very much appreciated.
Thanks !
Fab
