Upgrading XManager Enterprise 2.0 [3]

Upgrading XManager Enterprise 2.0

Monday, January 21, 2008 7:31 PM - Fabrizio Salvatore

Hi,

I have a Vaio Laptop running Windows XP and I run XManager Enterprise 2.0 (Educational License), with XShell 2.0 (build 1525). I would like to know if the license I have allows me to upgrade either to new builds of XShell, or, even better, if it allows me to upgrade to XManager Enterprise 2.1 in any way.

Thanks for the help,
regards.

Fabrizio

Our record shows that you have purchased Xmanager Enteprise 2.0 Educational edition last February. Since it comes with 1 year free upgrade, you can upgrade to Xmanager Enterprise 3.0 when it comes out on February 1st.

You can use the same product key you already own to install Xmanager Enterprise 3.0.

Thank you very much for your reply.

Will I have to completely remove the installation of XManager Enterprise 2.0 from my laptop before upgrading to 3.0 ?

Regards,

Fabrizio

You can install both in the same machine and also uninstall one without effecting the other if needed later.
