Unix system hanging after connecting throu XDCMP

I am connecting my remote RHEL system through X browser. To enable my remote server I followed approx 5 steps for XDMCP connection. Now, the problem is after the remote system suddenly hangs after some indefinite period of time. After consulting our Adminstrator, he confirms the problem is due to value of initdefault which needs to be 3 instead of 5. Is this the only problem ???
Program Ver. : Xmanager 1.3.x
Connection Method : XDMCP connection
Program Ver. : Xmanager 1.3.x

Hi Jay,
Init level is rarely a problem. If the problem occurs randomly, it is usually the problem of network driver, DHCP or unstable network connection. Please make sure all of these possible causes are crossed.
Also, if you are evaluating Xmanager, please use Xmanager 3.0. Xmanager 1.3.x is no longer supported.
If your problem persists, please provide us with the following information:
1. If the problem does not occur randomly, when does the probme exactly occur?
2. Xmanager log file.
Xmanager 3.0 log file location:
%APPDATA%\NetSarang\Xmanager\3\Log\*.log
Thank you.
