Copy Paste from Windows Generates extra linefeeds [2]

When I am trying to paste a multiline section from Windows this really messes it up.At the end of every line I get an additional lf/cr and it messes up any copy of commands ?Is there any way to resolve this as it wasn't a problem with 2.0

Program Ver. : Xmanager 3.0
Connection Method : Xstart connection
