tab title is too long [1]

I want to show terminal title in tab, but not so long.
This bothers me a lot when I want to find a tab, for I need open almost 10 tabs in the same time.
How can set the tab title longth? or even set it to resize automatically.

We are going to add an option to limit the max session tab name. This will allow you to view more tabs in a single window.
