Can Xshell support auto command after login? [3]

Can Xshell support auto command after login?

Sunday, March 14, 2010 7:09 PM - Dechao Liu

For example, site A and siteB, I can't directly visit siteB, only can visit siteB through siteA.

So after open and log on 'siteA', I want it to auto execute "ssh user@siteB" to log on siteB, and auto input password.

I have tried quick command, but I don't know how to make it auto input password. I set "ssh user@siteB\npassword" or "ssh user@siteB\r\npassword", but it didn't work, only send command "ssh user@siteB", could not input password automatically.

Program Ver. : Xshell 3.0

This is a job for the Login Script feature. You can make Xshell for wait for prompt and then send series of predefined commands.

This feature is under the session properties > Login Scripts.

Do you mean you want to send Quick Command button via login script?

Could you answer the following questions to help us develop the feature that you are requesting?

- Please describe the feature you want to see in Xshell
- Give us an example of how you would use this feature
- If you know an alternative software that already has this feature, please tell us the name and version of those software.
