software emulation problem [4]

i have a problem of using xshell.... which is when i start the program, i got error message "Secure Terminal Emulation Software" n i cannot start it...i tried uninstall so many times....but it doesnt work....i can use other program from xmanager..... anyone plz help me to find the solution...thanks

We have failed to duplicate your problem. Please provide us the followings:

1. Screenshot of the problem.
2. Windows Version Information
3. Tell us if Xshell ever ran without problems.
4. If so, give us the information about the software you have installed in your PC since the Xmanager installation.

i attached the screen shot below...
my OS is window XP pro service pack 2.
i got the error after installation of IE 7...now i removed ie7 n using ie6... now i got the problem like this... when i start the pc, i cant use xshell.. after about 5 minutes later, i received "internet explorer encountered problem" the error is
applicationName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: kernel32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2945 Offset: 0000cf6d
after that, i can use xshell...if i dont receive the "ie error" i cant use xshell..the error is software emulation...could u please help me to find out the problem....

The problem is caused due to the unsuccessful install/uninstall of IE7. In order to recover corrupted system files, we recommend reinstalling IE or applying the latest service pack and patches for IE6 available from the Microsoft Download Center. If the problem persists, we suggest you to reinstall Windows OS on your PC.
