Copy Buffer problem [1]

In build 0084, but also existed in build 0073 (only two I've tested so far):

Copy of scrollback buffer by just moving cursor to scroll down works fine, but if I use the mouse wheel to scroll the scrollback buffer while highlighting, I end up with only a partial copy.

Running on Windows Vista.
