XShell Crashes [2]

I recently installed the latest version of Xmanager 12.31.08 and have been experiencing crashes when running multiple XShell environments. It appears that when ONE window is open and I am running multiple tabs I have no errors but when TWO windows are open and each running multiple tabs and I attempt to open another connection on one of the windows the application will crash. Is there a way for me to send in an error log for review or may I add this to the bug list please?

Program Ver. : Xmanager 3.0
Connection Method : Other

update:

i removed and reinstalled software and was successful in resolving the error/issue
