cannot find the nslicense.dll [4]

when i install xmanager it show me sms error: cannot find the nslicense.dll any body help me?

Program Ver. : Xmanager 3.0
Connection Method : Other

I have seen this solution already but it can't solve my problem so could u help me again thank in advance.

We believe this is an issue of Installshiled rather than Xmanager. However, the followings are plausible solutions to the problem.

1. InstallShiled fails to find temporary folder of Windows:
Try to innstall Xmanager package with administrator account. Also, try installing with an account that does not contain special characters in its user name.

2. Installshiled Driver issue:
Delete the following folder

C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Driver\9

Restart the system then install Xmanager.
