How to disable the Personal License Notify [4]

I use the program on a home computer only for personal use. License type - Free for Home/User.
My question is how to disable the pop-up window about the reminder to buy the program after closing the main window? It seems to me that it is in the configuration file.

There is no way to disable it at this time. We've been receiving a lot of feedback concerning the notification. Do you have any feedback you would like to provide us?
