Issue- Drag & Drop requires reboot

This all used to work fine, up until the last 2 updates of Xmanager.
Drag and drop works only inside XFTP.
Whenever I try to drop something on my desktop, then it creates a folder:
"Xftp5DragDropSupportDir71760312"
And gives up an error.
Cannot drag and drop to outside of Xftp.
To use drag and drop, you should reboot the computer.
No matter how many Reboots, same thing.
Again, this was all fine up until 2 updates ago.
Currently running Xshell for Xmanager Enterprise 5 (Build 0928)
Program Ver. : Xftp 5
