connect as different user with -su

Hi
for security reasons I have to connect with my own personal account and after that I have to change to work under a technical account via -su
No Problem in xshell but how can I realize this in the xftp - explorer ?
If I start connect to server with xshell and change to the technical user and start xftp explorer via button in xshell the session connects with the original personal account...

It is not possible to call Xftp with a switched user's credentials in Xshell. We had misunderstanded the request originally.
If you cannot login directly with your desired user, you can use the "Use custom SFTP server" feature of Xftp:
