1. Site issues
Help -> Xftp visit forums, clicking New Article brings to a blank page, I must navigate to /bbs/write.php and then browse back to Xftp forum then click new article to post a bug.

2. The program is flashing on progress bar updates, this is not as problematic as when the program is minimized nearly all my other windows start flashing as well.

Simple... add files to the queue. (I am uploading about 35mb in the queue).

I minimize XFTP and every window on my desktop starts flashing.

I have checked with our support team and it seems like we have experienced similar issues before in our older releases.

Try upgrading to the latest release by going to Help > Check for updates. This should resolve the problem.

I am using build 0095, I try to update daily and it says I have the latest version.

Could you tell us the following information?

1. What is your Windows version and language?
2. Try updating your graphic card and try again. Did it change anything?
3. Try updating network driver and try again. Did it change anything?
4. Are you using Xftp via terminal session such as Terminal server or Ctirix?

It happens on multiple computers, therefore, since you guys are continually avoiding the fix by asking questions instead of addressing the issue (DELAYING) I have switched away from Netsarang products and most likely will not be back to use them. Very unfortunate as my decision to move away will cause a "small" group of individuals to also move away from your service. We have given it about 3 months and have not seen a single issue resolved.
