Hi,
I am using XFTP v3 built 0179 on Windows Vista Ultimate. My problem is when I switching between Binary and ASCII download/upload mode, sometimes files get corrupted. I am in directory X on my server and I am choosing binary mode to download my encoded PHP files, in a bit i try downloading, files are corrupted for some reason and I have MUST restart XFTP to be able to download/upload in Binary mode again.
Any idea please?
Reagrds.
Program Ver. : Xftp 3.0

Well, try following these steps.
1. Open a session to a server with php files encoded with IONCUBE, keep the session idle for a while, switch between Binary,ASCII,Auto modes, open different sessions... in the end the files are corrupted as when I try to browse them in my browser (site.com/file.php) i get the error of a corrupted file. I don't know whats the matter with it, it happens on both XP and Vista.

Once the file is encoded, it is no longer an ASCII file. When encoded files are uploaded in Auto mode, it will be sent as ASCII files due to its extension. Please try excluding 'php' from the ASCII file extension list.
1. Open Xftp and click Tools and then Options.
2. Click on the Transfer tab.
3. Click the ASCII Extensions button.
4. Select php from the list and then click the Remove button.
