When I drag a file from Xftp6 to download, it tells me "you do not have permission to download this folder", but if I right click this file and click "download to default folder", all things will be ok.

Hi,
Have you really received the report or this reply is just a robot-make? I have been suffering such stupid error for almost three months. When it comes to xftp6 it has been always showing such error.
What anything else complex can xftp do? I think drug and put it in folders is a very basic need for every user. Do you really cares what users think??

Hey Frank. Yes, we care what our customers think. And the issue was really reported to our dev team, and was not an automated response. Apologies for the delay. We haven't been able develop a surefire solution yet, but I'll give you an update.
There were no issues with drag and drop before Windows 10 1803(RS4), but this build made some changes to Windows that prohibits file transfer programs, including Xftp, from getting target directory information. We are attempting to find another method to get drag and drop back to working order.
We appreciate your patience and hope to get this resolved asap.
