Have few suggestions for making the program more useful -
1. Can we include a filter box (find box) which allows us to filter list of files based on a string we provide. e.g. if I put *.sh it'll only display all the .sh extension file or if I put myfile.txt it should only show myfile.txt. Alternatively should show all files/dirs if the filter is left empty.
2. If I open a predefined session then is it possible to fill the address bar with it's <user>@<host>/<path> details? That'll help me a lot because sometimes I only need to make a minor change in that path & open a new session with those details.
3. Whenever we drag/transfer a file to a remote hosts it's default permissions are set to 644 by default. Most of the times I transfer scripts through Xftp & they're created with 644 permission. Later I realize I have to change the permission manually to 755. Is it possible to put a preferences item for default permission desired after a transfer?
4. Sometimes when I connect to a host which is new to Xftp & whose host key it not yet added to the xftp.
Now, I usually open the host using -url flag from command line e.g. Xftp -url <user>@<newhost>. For the new host I get a host-key addition prompt as expected but xftp doesn't show up in foreground whenever there's such prompt. It doesn't even flash the taskbar icon. However if the host is known Xftp shows up in foreground.
5. As of now when I select a single file & hit enter key it will open/edit that item. But when I select multiple files & hit Enter nothing happens. The only way to open multiple items is to open them one by one (either by Enter key or double click)
Program Ver. : Xftp 5

Now that Xftp 6 beta is out I suppose it's highly unlikely for you guys to consider these suggestions for Xftp 5. Just want to know if you're still planning to address these for Xftp 5? If yes how soon?

No. 4 has been fixed in Version 6. Some of the other requests are currently processing for Version 6. However, some will not be included in the final release of Version 6. Your suggestions have been reported to our dev team again for further review.

Thanks!
I'm dying to have a "filter" box in place.
