Xftp doesn´t work with another server [1]

I use XShell5 and when try conect to first transfer it work fine, but when I try to connect with second server now doesn´t work and strange characters appear

There seems to be a communication issue between Xshell and Xftp. However, this issue is uncommon.

Xshell delivers to Xftp its credentials such as username, authentication method (password, keyboard interactive, etc.), key information, and current path.

In any of the above listed credentials are there any particulars such as unusual characters or special user environments?
