xshell 5 install failure // setup launcher unicode has stopped working

when i installed the xshell 5 program on my win7 (64bit), it appears that the setup launcher unicode has stopped working. I failed installing it.
can you help give the tips about this install. it's fine to install the other tools except Xshell 5.

Please try the following method:
Run the program as an administrator and check the issue status.
a. Right click on installation file.
b. Select “Run the program as an administrator”.
c. Check the issue status.

the issue still happened to run the program setup as the administrator.

It was reported that this problem may occur if you do not have the following folders:
1. C: > Users > ("Yourname" Windows account ) > My Documents
2. C: > Users > ("Yourname" Windows account ) > AppData > Local
3. C: > Users > ("Yourname" Windows account ) > AppData > Roaming > Microsoft > Windows > Start Menu > Programs > Startup
4. C: > Users > Default > Documents
5. C: > Users > Default > AppData > Roaming > Microsoft > Windows > Start Menu > Programs > Startup
To fix this problem, try creating a new user account (Admin user) and install Xshell using the new account.
