Does XShell Xterm-256 color not support fully? [1]

I update a package recently. It upgrade to add 256 color, but it doesn't display correctly. I try to test about 256 color support with some script. The result in attachment. XShell shows lots of text colors are not correctly and keep blinking. Does it means XShell 256 colors not support fully?

Xshell supports 256 colors but there seems to be a bug displaying colors when color values are not in certain order. When this happens Xshell thinks it is blinking text instead. Case # for this is 1501. We are working on this issue.
