Resume upload/download task problem [1]

Xftp version: last beta(don't know if happen in previous version)

Steps:
1.Connect to a ftp server
2.Upload many files(don't know if download but I think it may happen too)
3.While file transfering, disconnect network
4.Task stopped, connection window showed connection disconnected.
5.Connect network, use reconnect button on the button bar to reconnect to the server
6.Right click the task list, select resume all failed
7.Task will not resume. ***
8.Clear all failed task or hung task
9.Drag files from the left file list to upload again
10.Task will not continue too. ***


And I think there's many bugs on resume tasks, maybe you should have a full test on this.
