if the user's bashrc echo some output text on ftp server, xftp can not display contents after the ftp connection become alive. Does anybody else have the same problem? How to resolve it?

This is a known issue for SFTP. You will have to suppress terminal output when connecting via SFTP. Please try reading the following article:
