Friday, June 15, 2012 8:23 PM - haitao

Hi all,

I'm sorry to tell you that I cannot connect to my server via Xftp4. The error is
SFTP subsystem request is rejected.
Please make sure that SFTP subsystem is properly installed in SSh server.

P.S. I can connect to my server via Xshell4.

Any advice will be appreciated,

Haitao

Program Ver. : Xftp 4

1. You'll need to make sure the following is included in /etc/ssh/sshd_config

# cat /etc/ssh/sshd_config |grep -i sftp
Subsystem sftp /usr/lib/openssh/sftp-server

2. The sftp-server file must exist in the path and the file permissions must be set as the following:

# ls -l /usr/lib/openssh/sftp-server
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 93312 5월 5 2016 /usr/lib/openssh/sftp-server

By default, the sftp subsystem is registered with the SSH server and requires no special configuration to be utilized. Therefore, it seems like an administrator has set some kind of limitation in your case. If the problem is not resolved with the information above, please contact your server administrator.
