Xmanager Enterprise 4 not working [3]

Hi,

I have select "Xstart connection" but I don't know.

It's a long time I haven't used Xmanager.
It's not working now.
It used to work.

I am attaching a screen print. I can't upload it right now becuae it is being blocked by our Security. I'll try later.
When I click on any icon, I see in a fraction of a second a Xmanager window that tries to open, then nothing.

I tried to get the below log files for you but searches on my C: drive for APPDATA then NetSarang yielded nothing.

Connect Method : Xstart connection

Please try allocating the terminal before executing the command. To do this, open Xstart and select the Setup button next to the protocol field. In the Options tab, select Allocate a terminal before executing the command.

If the problem persists, please select the Show connection status window option in Xstart and send us the result in the window.

Hi,

I will upload 1 and 2 screens.
In 1 you have Xstart, in 2 Protocol Setup.

I don't see any of the options you are talking about.

You did not enter the command. Which application are you trying to run?

If you need to open xterm, try changing the protocol to 'SSH' and enter 'xterm' in the command field.
