What does "This count is currently not available" mean?

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

In Xmanager, when using the Detail view, status of some sessions show This count is currently not available

RESOLUTION

Information displayed on the Status column is called willing message in UNIX. It is the result of executing the Xwilling file. It is used to display information such as the current load average, welcome message.

This problem may occur when the user defined in the xdm-config file to run Xwilling does not actually exist in the system. Xmanager runs fine regardless of this message status.

To resolve this issue, enter the correct user account who runs Xwilling in the xdm-config file. Following is an example of command that account, nobody, is used to execute/etc/x11/xdm/Xwilling

DisplayManager.willing:         su nobody -c /etc/X11/xdm/Xwilling
