Hi,

I am trying to connect to the solaris machine using
Xmanager on my windows 7 laptop.

I get this message on my xterm window when I open
cadence by typing icfb&

/usr/bin/X11/xlsfonts not found

And the resulting schematic window that opens in incomplete.
Some icons are missing from the schematic window.

Does it have anything to do with installing additional fonts ?


Program Ver. : Xmanager 2.x
Connect Method : Xstart connection

It seems like your remote host does not have xlsfonts installed.
Please try installing xlsfonts on the remote host.

If the problem persists, please let us know the following information:
1. Full error message
2. Try the command icfb from console and see if it opens
3. Screenshot of the problem
