There are few things I need to know before I can help you with the problem. Please answer them as much as you can:
1. Did you enable XDMCP on the remote server?
2. What is the name and version of the remote server?
3. Are you able to connect to a different server?
4. What are the IP addresses of the server and your PC?
5. For the same server, can you access it from a different PC?
6. Were you able to connect to the server before?

Since you cannot access remote hosts via XDMCP, this is most like a firewall related issue. Please try disabling the firewall temporarily to see if you can connect to the host. Also, if you have any 3rd party firewall or internet security application running on the server, try disabling them as well.
Xmanager uses TCP 6000 and up by default. These ports must be open in order to access remote desktop environment.

Checked the ports.
Firewall are "off". Still same problem is there.
Is there any compatibility issue with Windows Servers 2008 R2 because other servers on same subnet but running Windows 2003 are working fine.
