Xstart ignores public key setting [1]

Hi, I'm having a problem with Xstart - please see the attached PDF. When I create a connection with authentication=public key and run it, it goes to password authentication. It's not a major problem, just a bit inefficient. Xshell does not seem to have this problem. Note that I do not wish to save the password or use Xagent.

I'm using Xmanager 4 Build 0153.
