초보라서 어디서 화면이 뜨는건질 모르겠네요..;
/usr/X11R6/bin/xterm 이라는 파일도 없고;

현재 보내주신 로그 메세지를 보면 Xstart를 이용해서 xterm을 실행하려고 하고 있습니다.
CentOS의 xterm은 /usr/bin/xterm에 있으니 Xstart의 실행 명령 부분의 xterm 경로를
/usr/bin/xterm으로 바꾼 후 사용해 보십시오.

xterm이 아닌 Gnome이나 KDE 같은 XDMCP 접속을 하고 싶으시면 다음의 주소에서
Step 3을 참조해보시기 바랍니다.
