Xstart window is not opening

When i am trying to open Xstart window using below command it is not working.
Command:/usr/openwin/bin/xterm -ls -display 10.2.8.242:0.0 &
As we dont have production servers passwords we open Xstart of UAT and after that we use above command for opening Xstart of production.It was working fine but suddenly Xterm window is not getting opened.
Program Ver. : Xmanager 4
Connect Method : Xstart connection
Command:/usr/openwin/bin/xterm -ls -display 10.2.8.242:0.0 &

Xmanager does not always opens at display number 0.0. It can be a different number. So it is not a good idea to designate a users' IP address and display number.
Try using the next command:
/usr/openwin/bin/xterm -ls -display $DISPLAY
If the problem persists, please send us the message of the result dialog box.
