Xmanager and Spice protocol

Hello Guys,
I am trying to open a VM using virt-viewer in a RedHat environment. My VM were configured as default using SPICE protocol to export the graphical things, but when I try this using Xshell and Xmanager I can see an error like below:
(virt-viewer:33740): gtk-vnc-WARNING **: Unknown keycode mapping '(null)'.
And my keyboard does not work for the VM. For every each letter typed I have this error on virt-viewer log:
(virt-viewer:34515): GSpice-CRITICAL **: send_key: assertion 'scancode != 0' failed.
Can you help with that?
Program Ver. : Xmanager 6
Connect Method : Other

Make sure you've turned on the Xkeyboard extension in your Xconfig profile.
Xconfig -> Right click the appropriate profile -> Properties -> Advanced
Also, make sure after you've turned on Xkeyboard, that your session is set to use the profile you've configured.
