xclock cannot display <system IP>:0.0

Hello,
Below as shown we are not able to start xclock
srvXXX:xxxadm 2> setenv DISPLAY <system IP>:0.0
srvXXX:xxxadm 3> xclock
Error: Can't open display: <system IP>:0.0
But xclock working in other servers with the same DISPLAY IP.
Please help us to resolve this.
Program Ver. : Xmanager 1.3.x
Connect Method : Other
