Xmanager multi user on Citrix server [1]
Xmanager multi user on Citrix server
Monday, November 6, 2017 8:10 AM - Jeroen
Hi,
I want to install Xmanager 5 on our Citrix server.
I start the xmanager on account user#1. Everything works fine, I start an xshell/xstart and it opens a remote window.
Now the problem;
I start the xmanager on account user#2, and when I start an xshell/xstart, it opens the remote window on user#1.
Can anyone help me with this and tell me exactly what I have to do to get the remote window working on user#1 and user#2?
Thanks in advance.

Check to see if the DISPLAY variable is set manually in your startup rc file (.bashrc, .profile).
DISPLAY is the location of the Xserver such as Xmanager. Xmanager starts as a different process by each user. Xstart/Xshell is designed to use this different Xmanager process.
