When installing Xmanager I get an InstallDriver module error and the installation fails

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

While installing Xmanager, I get the following error message and installation fails.

There has been a problem with the InstallDriver Module


RESOLUTION

This is a problem within the InstallShield Engine. It needs to be re-installed.

InstallShield Engine may have instantaneously created a problem. Try a simple PC reboot and try installing again.
If the problem persists, refer to the following steps and perform a fresh install.
  1. C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Driver\9 delete directory
  2. Download ISScript9.zip from below:
    http://support.installshield.com/kb/files/Q108322/ISScript9.zip
  3. Unzip and setup IsScript.msi  by double clicking
  4. NetSarang Products Setup
