I get an ssh-userauth error

I get an ssh-userauth error

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

When establishing a connection via Xstart, or via remote SSH protocol, the following message appears and the connection fails:

"Remote server ssh-userauth protocol failed to execute."

REASON

The problem is within ssh.com's ssh server version 2.

The issue occurs when the compressed feature is not allowed and the SSH client (Xstart's ssh) attempts to use the compressed feature.

RESOLUTION

Xmanager 1.3.9

"remote > ssh protocol advanced > protocol > zlib compression utilization" must be disabled.

Xmanager 2.x, 3.x

"Applied Xstart session properties > Normal tab > Protocol's ssh configuration > Option tab > 'Compress network data.'" must be disabled.

Xmanager 4, 5, 6

"Applied Xstart session properties > Normal tab > Protocol's ssh configuration > Option tab > 'Compress network data (using ZLIB compression)'" must be disabled.
