I am using Windws 8.1 and HP.UX v 11
I have error message :" Failed to find Xlpd service. Click retry to attempt to connect. "
Event I already reinstall , the message still occur ..
Can you help to fix this error

Program Ver. : Xlpd 4

Please try uninstalling Xlpd and delete the following folders manually:

%PROGRAMDATA%\NetSarang\Xlpd\4\Spool

Also, if you are running a firewall program, please make sure you have open the TCP port used by Xlpd (default is TCP port 515).
