XLPD trial test [1]

Dear Support,

I have installed trial for Xlpd 4, i am interested how does it work. Because when i try to add LPD printer on remote windows 7 on the end it asks me for driver

i can select any driver?

My idea was like LPD is working as a non driver, so i can install a print queue on all remote desktops PC without additional driver?

Anyway i selected Generic / text only

But printer is unable to print any presentations, images ....

Please advice, if i do something wrong

Program Ver. : Xlpd 4

You have to install the printer driver that supports the printing format supported by the printer. It is usually better to install the driver for the exact model.
