지금까지 내용으로 보아 필요한 서버 설정은 모두 이루어져서 더이상의 서버 설정은 필요 없습니다.
연결이 되었다 안되었다 하는 이유는 네트워크 불안정 요소를 확인해 보셔야 할 것 같습니다
IP 주소를 수동으로 할당했다면 IP 주소 충돌이나 라우팅 설정 등을 확인해 보셔야 합니다.

해당 리눅스 서버에서 PC로 ping 명령을 보낸 후 패킷이 고르게 보내지는지도 확인해 보십시오.
