Command line Puttygen

It doesn't seem that command line PuttyGen for Windows exists.

Happily we can do command line job with Cygwin based PuttyGen.

Now here is PuttyGen for Cygwin.

This can be used for importing Putty private keys into Xshell.

Both Xshell and Putty support OpenSSH private keys.
