Error 1935 During XME5 Install

While attempting to install XME5 on a VDI running Windows Server 2008, I get "Error 1935.An error occurred during the installation of assembly component. [Hex gobbledegook] HRESULT: 0x8007054F."

Followed by: "Error: -1603 Fatal error during installation.

Consult Windows Installer Help (Msi.chm) or MSDN for more information."
