Help on Mandrake 8.1
Tuesday, November 13, 2001 1:06 AM - Jose
Hi.
I'm using Xmanager at this time on a Sun Netra & Solaris 8.
I install Mandrake Linux 8.1 on other boy and modify the gdm and xdm files, but still getting the "XDMCP conecction failes. Try Again ?"
Any clue why works one solaris but not in the Madrake Linux box ?

I get an error message
bash: /usr/bin/X11/xterm: No such file or directory
when using SSH to enter.

Sorry for the late response.
It seems that the /usr/bin/X11/xterm is not a correct path for xterm command. You can try to run just "xterm" instead of using full path. In the command field of Xstart, you can enter:
xterm -ls -display $DISPLAY
Remove "/usr/bin/X11/" at the command.
