Even if new user is created, login does not work in Solaris

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

In Solaris, access is denied if a new user created with useradd tries logging into the home directory.



REASON

/home directory functions through the automount point.



RESOLUTION

Disable the automount point in the /etc/auto_master file:
/home auto_home-nobrowse
After editing /etc/auto_master
# master map for automounter
#

...
# /home auto_home-nobrowse
...
