PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

I get the following error message when using Virtuoso Layout Editor;

Layout editor capability is not enabledError



RESOLUTION

This error may occur when Virtuoso has problem locating the license. Try using the user account used to installed Virtuoso Layout Editor.
