Xshell 6 crashed all the time

I have updated to the latest version of Xshell 6. Using SSH with username/password.
Install and reinstall software does not help
Connected to few devices and it is crashed while open with Putty no problem.
It is weird as only crash for particular devices - which was fine before on Xshell 6 or Xshell 5.
Send the report but still not getting anything back.

Can re-send the report if needed.
