When running the program, the following error message is displayed.
RESOLUTION
Xshell, Xftp 등의 넷사랑컴퓨터 제품을 사용하기 위해서는 마이크로소프트의 재배포 패키지(Microsoft Redistributable Visuall C++ Package)의 일부 DLL이 필요합니다.
In order to use Netsarang Computer products such as Xshell and Xftp, some DLLs from Microsoft Redistributable Visuall C++ Package are required.
보통의 경우는 해당 제품 설치 시 필요한 재배포 DLL이 같이 설치되지만, 이미 윈도우 시스템에 해당 DLL 재배포 패키지가 설치되어 있을 경우 설치를 생략합니다.
Normally, the necessary redistribution DLL is installed when installing the product, but if the DLL redistribution package is already installed on the Windows system, installation is skipped.
이 때 시스템의 DLL이 넷사랑컴퓨터 제품의 DLL보다 버전이 놓지만 오류가 있는 버전이거나, 시스템의 어떤 설정으로 낮은 버전이 업데이트되지 않을 경우 위와 같은 오류 메시지가 나타나면서 프로그램이 실행되지 않습니다.
At this time, if the system's DLL is a higher version than the Netsarang Computer product's DLL, but the version has an error, or the lower version is not updated due to some system settings, the above error message appears and the program does not run.
이 때는 다음 과정을 통해 문제를 해결할 수 있습니다. (버전 7 기준)
In this case, you can solve the problem through the following process. (Based on version 7)
설치된 넷사랑컴퓨터 제품을 제거합니다. 생성하여 사용 중인 세션 파일은 삭제되지 않고 다시 설치할 때 모두 사용할 수 있습니다. Uninstall the installed Netsarang Computer products. Any session files and settings you have created and have used will not be deleted and will be available after reinstallation.
프로그램 추가/제거에서 해당 재배포 패키지를 제거합니다.Remove the redistributable package from Uninstall or change a program.
2012 재배포 패키지(x86)와 2017이 포함된 2015~2019 재배포 패키지(x86)를 제거합니다.Remove the 2012 redistributable (x86) and the 2015-2019 redistributables (x86) that include 2017.
사용하고자 하는 넷사랑컴퓨터 제품을 설치합니다.Install the Netsarang Computer product you want to use.
'프로그램 제거/변경'에서 설치한 넷사랑컴퓨터 제품 외에 위 재배포 패키지가 설치되어 있는지 확인합니다.In 'Uninstall or change a program', check whether the above redistribution package is installed in addition to the Netsarang Computer product you installed.
Note: 위 3의 과정 후에 재배포 패키지가 설치되지 않을 경우 다음 경로에서 해당 재배포 패키지를 다운로드 받아 직접 설치해 봅니다.If the redistribution package is not installed after step 3 above, download the redistribution package from the following path and install it directly.
