disable session manager properties, getting copy/paste to work normally

설명:
In the bottom left hand corner of the attached screenshot, how do you disable the 'grid' in the session manager that shows properties and connection information.
Also, copy/paste when inside SSH sessions doesn't seem to work like putty or other connection managers. How do I get the behavior that I can select anywhere in the session and as soon as I highlight something it is automatically copied .. and then a right click is a paste?
