Returning activations in an offline environment

Xmanager 7 Build 0116 or later and Xmanager 8 or later, Xshell 7 Build 0119 or later and Xshell 8 or later, Xftp 7 Build 0116 or later and Xftp 8 or later, Xlpd 7 Build 0111 or later and Xlpd 8 or later

If you need to return your software’s activation but you are in an offline environment, you can follow the instructions below to ensure your activation is properly returned.

1. Make sure your software is up to date.
   
   

2. Run nsregister using one of the following two methods:
   - Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\NetSarang\Xshell 8 and run nsregister.exe
   - Open CMD and use the nsregister command
   
   

3. Click Return and select Offline

4. Follow the steps to create a Return Request file
   
   

5. Upload the file to https://www.netsarang.com/offline-software-deactivation. You MUST complete this step in order to complete the activation return. If you ignore this step, the activation will not be returned from our server's side so you will lose an activation.
