Activation count limit has been reached
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION or QUESTION
When I purchased a new computer, reinstalled Xshell and Xftp, and attempted to activate, I received the following message:
Activation count limit has been reached.
Or
RESOLUTION
A single user license of our product can be installed and used on up to two devices which are used by the same person. If you want to install and use it on a third device (PC), you must uninstall it from an existing device first. Upon uninstalling, an activation will be returned automatically.
You can then install and activate on the new device.
